Adam leads Norrice’s acquisitions and investments. He began his career in leveraged finance at RBS, covering manufacturing and industrial companies, then spent more than ten years in private equity at Cain International, latterly as Senior Vice President responsible for more than $250m of investments.
He led and sat on the boards of Prezzo through its Covid turnaround, Swingers through its US expansion, and Mortimer House. Adam is a CFA charterholder.
Julian Taylor
Chairman
Julian founded Norrice and chairs it. He began his career in non-ferrous metal recycling with UK listed companies, specialising in secondary aluminium, and in 1985 set up his own trading business with offices in London and New York. Lean by headcount but trading with every continent, it grew to a US$500m turnover and won a Sunday Times Profit Track award before Julian stepped back in 2020.
He brings a sharp eye for detail, an ability to spot what others miss and decades of negotiating experience to every Norrice decision.
